“BAKER Extra” complex bread improver
General description: “BAKER Extra” complex bread improver is a combination of natural components, which is intended for increasing qualitative characteristics of special types of bread (such as French bread, hearth bread, etc.), bakery products.
When using “BAKER Extra” complex bread improver, the baking process is getting essentially stabilized; even when other sorts of flour are used, dough undergoes proper mechanical processing, aerogenic and gas-retaining power of dough gets better, dough volume increases, the structure of crumb and crust improves. Flavor qualities of bread get better as well and bread remains fresh longer.
Ingredients: Ferments
Emulgator E 472e
Soy flour
Ascorbic acid E 300
Gluten.
Method of application: “BAKER Extra” improver is added simultaneously with other ingredients.
Dosage: Use 0.2-0.4% of applied flour.
Packaging: “BAKER Extra” improvers are offered in 500g polypropylene packages, as well as in 10kg and 20kg bags. 500g packages, in their turn, are packed into pasteboard boxes of 20 packages each. Weight of a pasteboard box with 500g packages is 10kg.
