Yeghvard Yeast Plant is the leading producer of bakery yeast and complex bread improvers in Armenia and one of the top-level companies in the region. Yeghvard Yeast Plant (Elita LLC) was founded in 1991 in Yeghvard town, Kotayk region of Armenia. At the beginning stage of its activities, the company produced only pressed bakery yeast.










As a result of successful operations, the plant not only fully satisfies local market demand for pressed bakery yeast, but also offers a wide variety of pressed and dry yeast known in Armenia under “BAKER” and “BAKER Super” brands, complex bread improvers under “BAKER+” and “BAKER Extra” brands. Yeghvard Yeast Plant supplies most of the small, medium and large producers of bakery products in Armenia by means of its ramified distribution chain throughout Armenia. All the variety of production presented under “BAKER” brand is well known throughout and outside Armenia thanks to:
