“Kapriccioza” with field mushrooms


Ingredients:
For dough:
flour-1 cup (full),
“BAKER” yeast-20g,
milk-1 cup,
egg-2,
sugar-1 tablespoon,
salt-1/2 teaspoon,
vegetable oil-3 tablespoons.                    











    For stuffing:
tomatoes - 4-5 pcs, ham – 400g; cheese (preferably Swiss cheese) - 4 slices; field mushrooms ( fresh) – 300g; garlic - 1 clove; white wine - 1 cup; vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon; salt – to taste

How to prepare:

Prepare yeast dough, leave it to grow, hnead again carefully and put it on an oiled baking tray.
Cut field mushrooms and ham into thin slices. Add vegetable oil, pounded garlic, 1 cup of white wine to mushrooms and cook for 15 minutes. Season with salt to your taste.
Oil the dough, cover with chopped tomatoes, pieces of ham, mushrooms and slices of cheese. Put the pizza into the heated oven and cook for 20 minutes.

Royal Pizza with ham


Ingredients:
For dough:
flour-1 cup (full), “BAKER” yeast -25g,
milk-1 cup,
egg-2,
sugar-1 tablespoons,
salt-1/2 teaspoon,
vegetable oil-3 tablespoon                      











    For stuffing:
tomatoes - 4-5 pcs (medium size), boiled ham – 400g; vegetable oil ( preferably olive oil) - 2 tablespoons; grated cheese – 100g; olives - 10-12 pcs; ground black pepper, salt – to taste.

How to prepare:

Prepare yeast dough, leave it to grow, knead again carefully and put on an oiled baking tray.
Peel the tomatoes, preliminarily doused with boiling water, and cut into pieces. Cut ham into thin slices. Put the tomatoes on the dough, and then cover with slices of ham. Put olives, powder with pepper and cover with grated cheese. Cook in the oven about 35 minutes.

Pizza with ham and mushrooms


Ingredients:
For dough:
flour-250g,
“BAKER” yeast -25g,
milk-1 cup,
egg-2,
sugar-1 tablespoon,
salt-1/2 teaspoon,
vegetable oil-3 tablespoon.                     











    For stuffing:
tomatoes (peeled) – 300g, ham – 400g; cheese (thin slices) - 4 pcs, mushrooms – 300g, garlic - 1 clove, white wine - 1 cup, salt.

How to prepare:

Roll out the dough and put it on an oiled baking tray or steel sheet. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to chopped mushrooms, 1 clove of garlic, 1 cup of white wine and cook 15 minutes. Salt the mixture. Oil the dough, cover with chopped tomatoes, ham, mushrooms, and slices of cheese. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes.

Pizza with chicken liver


Ingredients:
For dough:
flour-250g,
“BAKER” yeast-25g,
milk-1 cup,
egg-2,
sugar-1 tablespoon,
salt-1/2 teaspoon,
vegetable oil-3 tablespoon.                    











    For stuffing:
chicken liver – 300g, tomatoes - 2, olives (pitted) - 10-12 pcs, onions - 2, mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons, ground black pepper, salt – to taste.

How to prepare:

Prepare yeast dough and put it on an oiled baking tray. Cover it with chopped (small pieces) chicken liver, onion rings and half of pitted olives.

Peel the tomatoes and mash into puree, season with salt and pepper. Top the pizza with tomato puree, cover with mayonnaise and olives and cook in the oven about 20-30 minutes.
